Larry Evans is one of the Founding partners of 32 Degrees Capital. He focuses on making investments in early stage oil and gas companies and is primarily resonsible for deal sourcing, technical and engineering due diligence and portfolio management. Prior to founding the Firm, Mr. Evans was the founder and Chairman of Glacier Energy Ltd.; the founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Ice Energy Ltd; the founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Avalanche Energy Ltd.; and the Chief Executive Offer and President of Colony Energy Ltd. All of the companies Mr. Evans founded exhibited signifcant growth and generated superior returns for its investors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of C&C Energia Ltd., Arriva Energy Ltd., PetroSpirit Resources Ltd., and Xtend Energy Services Inc.
Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta.

Mitch Putnam is one of the Founding Partners of 32 Degrees Capital. Art Robinson joined the Firm in 2009. He focuses on making investments in energy service, equipment and manufacturing companies and is responsible for deal sourcing, investment analysis and due diligence, portfolio investment monitoring and realization and business development. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Robinson was President of Cardiff Capital Partners, a small-cap energy services buyout private equity firm; Vice President of SCF Partners, a Houston-based mid-cap energy services buyout private equity firm; and Vice President, Corporate Development of Enermax Services Inc., a $250 million energy services company with over 1,300 employees. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of MarkWater Handling Systems and Xtend Energy Services Inc.,
Mr. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and a M.B.A from the Queen's School of Business, Queen's University.

Kareen Stangherlin joined the Firm in May 2011. She is responsible for financial oversight, reporting, investor relations and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Stangherlin was an independent fund services consultant, assisting fund managers with back-office systems, due diligence and structuring, fundraising initiatives and regulatory matters. Prior thereto Ms. Stangherlin was the Chief Financial Officer for a leading energy sector private equity firm based in Calgary, Albera, and an Audit Manager in the Alternative Investments Group of KPMG in the Cayman Islands.
Ms. Stangerhlin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. She also holds a CFP designation and is a CFA charter holder. Ms. Stangherlin is a member of the Executive Committee for Canada's Venture Capital and Private Equity Association's (CVCA) CFO Task Force, and sits on the CVCA's Statistics and Valuation Committee. Ms. Stangherlin also serves on the board of directors of the Calgary Search & Rescue Association.

Trent Baker joined the Firm in 2007. He is responsible for deal sourcing, financial analysis, investment due diligence, accounting and back office support for investor relations. Prior to joining the Firm he worked in the audit and assurance department for KPMG.
Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a CFA charter holder.

Gary Jones joined the Firm in 2007. He is responsible for investor relations, business development and portfolio management. prior to joining the Firm he was Regional Director and Vice President for CIBC Private Investment Council and Vice President for CIBC Private Investment Council and TAL Private Management. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he was also a member of CIBC's Investment Committee. He was responsible for a portfolio in excess of $600 million made up of individual and institutional clients and a number of those clients are current investors of 32 Degrees Capital.
Mr. Jones holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.

Kiran Khuber joined the Firm in 2006. Kiran is in charge of all aspects of office administration, assists in fund administration and investor relations. She also performs LP bookkeeping and oversees the IT infrastructure including the website. She ensures timely and accurate information is communicated to the 32 Degrees Capital Shareholders. Kiran has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. She previously worked with Hesperian Capital Management Ltd. as a Fund Administrator/Investor Relations and prior thereto with the Royal Bank of Canada and CIBC.
Kiran obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Regina.
