PetroSpirit Resources Ltd.(PetroSpirit) is a private early-stage oil & gas company which was founded in 2008.  At the time of investment, PetroSpirit had established two light oil core areas in Alberta and Saskatchewan.  The first core area is a farm-in arrangement on 43 sections of land situated on the White Bear First Nations Reserve in Southeast Saskatchewan and is prospective in both the Mississippian Tilson formation and the Bakken formation.  The second core area is a farm-in arrangement on 12 sections of Del Bonita in Southern Alberta in the Heart of the Alberta Bakken play.
